By accessing or using MapWap ("https://mapwap.dilipdas.net"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

MapWap is an AI-powered lead generation platform that helps businesses find potential customers, generate personalized messages, and manage their sales pipeline. The platform uses Google Maps/Places API for business discovery and Google Gemini AI for generating insights and content.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform
One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to platform features with monthly usage quotas. Free plan users may be required to consent to anonymized data usage for AI improvement.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing period (monthly/yearly)
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

5. Usage Quotas & Fair Use

Each plan has defined usage limits for:

Google Maps/Places API searches
AI-powered insight generations
Message template creations

Quotas reset monthly. Exceeding quotas will result in temporary feature restrictions until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Scrape, harvest, or collect data beyond what the platform provides through its interface
Send unsolicited messages (spam) using data obtained through the platform
Attempt to circumvent usage quotas, security measures, or access controls
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the platform without authorization

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features (insights, templates, pitches) is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for:

Reviewing all AI-generated content before use
Ensuring content complies with applicable laws and regulations
Not relying solely on AI-generated content for critical business decisions

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The MapWap platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
Content you create (templates, notes) remains your property
You grant us a license to use your content solely to provide and improve the service
Lead data sourced from Google Maps/Places API is subject to Google's Terms of Service

9. Data Protection

Your use of MapWap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

MapWap is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data (Google Maps listings)

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the Data & Privacy settings page
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
